President Therriault added a Labor and Commerce Committee referral                                  
to SENATE BILL NO. 218 "An Act authorizing a pilot program                                          
relating to state procurement and the use of electronic commerce tools;                             
and providing for an effective date".                                                               
                                                                                                    
The bill was returned to the Labor and Commerce Committee.
